PCB sets terms for Bangladesh tour

KARACHI: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has demanded Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to share 50% of the revenues from the April-May series this year, according to ESPNcricinfo.

In addition to that, the PCB has also laid down a condition to exchange the U-19 teams and the A teams tours with the BCB.

PCB governing body has also made it clear that if the conditions are not the met the series will not take place. The PCB and BCB representatives are going to discuss the matters further when the ICC meeting takes place in the UAE.

According to the Future Tours Programme (FTP), Bangladesh are to host Pakistan for two Tests, three ODIs and a T20 between April 10 and May 7. Since the FTP does not bind the ICC members to follow the programme strictly, individual boards are now free to discuss the tours individually and reach a mutual consensus to play each other.

The BCB offered their women and academy teams to visit the Pakistan but the PCB is adamant that they exchange the U-19 and A teams.
